These terms govern the services provided by Ausghan Auto Wreckers Pty Ltd (ABN 27 693 932 606, "we", "us", "our") at 15 Maskey Rd, Mount Thorley NSW 2330.

Our quotes

Quotes are based on the description and photos you provide. If the vehicle turns out to be materially different to what was described when we arrive — for example, missing parts that were on it in the photos, or extensive damage that wasn't disclosed — we may adjust the price or decline to proceed.

Ownership and authority

By engaging us, you confirm you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or have the owner's authority to sell it). We may ask for photo ID and ownership documents at collection. We cannot purchase a vehicle that is encumbered, stolen, or otherwise not yours to sell.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on the day of collection, after the vehicle has been inspected and the paperwork signed. Alternative payment methods can be arranged on request.

Rego, plates, and transfer

We complete a vehicle disposal notice with NSW Transport so the vehicle is no longer registered to you. If the vehicle still has plates, we'll typically remove them and return them to you to drop off at Service NSW; this avoids any liability for offences after we collect.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our tow trucks and operations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the vehicle. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law where they apply.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with our service, please contact us directly so we have a chance to put things right. We're a small local business and we'd rather work things out than have anyone walk away unhappy.
